drawing on a summer sunday
Even though I've cleaned the kitchen and done several loads of laundry, today has been a lazy kind of day. I keep going and drawing in between other things and here is what has accumulated. First a garden sketch from yesterday evening. A bit overdone since I tend to forget that my Moleskine is not the watercolor paper version. I wish I had gotten that for my Garden Book! Oh well, next time...

I love your blog and all your sketches! I just started sketching a few months ago and I am obsessed with it. Your sketches are very inspirational.
OK, I'm going to sound a little weird here but with all the terrific new sketches you've posted it's the garden tiles and the depth you've conveyed that I want to say, "Well done" about.
